Examination and Promotion :
Unit tests and Exams
In each academic year Vidyalaya will hold following tests And Examination.
Unit tests (term wise) I - July 3rd week, II - Sept 3rd week and III Jan 3rd week.
a) Cummlative test (November)
b) Annual Examination (March)
Minimum Attendance :
A pupil who has at least 75% attendence in an academic Session is allowed to sit in the Annual Examination.
Assessment Rule :
The final assessment of the pupil for promotion to the next higher Class on the following basis.
If a student misses a unit test no credit shall be allowed. How ever, weightage on medical ground is given but the child concerned will not be given any rank.
Promotion Rules :
In classes I to V students will be awarded grades. Class VI to IX and XI each student would need to pass the continuous and comprehensive evaluation as well as Annual Examination separately with at least 1/3 marks.
Leave :
A child may be allowed leave in very special case by the Principal.
No leave will be allowed except on medical ground. Medical Certificate has to be submitted along with leave application.
Withdrawal :
At least 3 days notice in writing a prescribed form duly filled in & signed by parents
Two years failure in a class will not be able to continue with same school.
Split up Syllabus :
Provided by KVS regional office to each student and classes run accordingly.
